I like the way that you have provided us with information about where you would build the hotel. I have been planning a trip to Canada for a while now! Have you ever tried Canadian Maple syrup? It is the most deliciously sweet syrup ever! Amazing addition to any pancake or waffle!
Have you thought about how much you would charge per night to visitors?
