2016 Year Reflection

• I think the chromebook is a good learning tool and I enjoy using it because you can access your learning at home.
• Some major events this year have been cross country,athletics,have a go sailing,overnighter,pet day,first aid lessons,skiing and swimming and I think we should do them again.
• My classmates have been awesome and helpful and I'm glad next year we have the same class.
• I enjoyed doing the bottle top project with Miss H and we should do some more big projects.
• 2016 in Ruma J has been fun and I found it easy to learn and I enjoy having Miss J as a teacher.
• I got better at maths and I can do my times tables really quick now and I can type faster.
• Next year I'm looking foward to going to Bridge Valley
• I enjoyed the Home Links system because we all learnt something new about each other.

Recount & remember

Today we had Elgregoe to visit our school for some learning about bullying and some magic,Elgregoe gave us some prizes for some people that came up,Elgregoe was really funny for the little kids and the animals were very entertaining.Elgregoe is a magician and ventriloquist.

Important parts

The interesting parts of today was how he made the birds appear out of fire and a painting,Elgregoe had lots of key messages one of them is Hands are for helping not for hurting.Another interesting part was seeing lots of different birds from around the world one of the birds is Ruby from South Africa Ruby could talk.

Plan to use in the future 

I could show my family key messages form Elgregoe to my family so they can be safe online and if I want to be a magician I could try do some of his magic tricks.

Remember and describe what you did - Today Ruma J went on a walk for the flora and fauna with Mr Barnett and Henk,Henk is a worker at DOC and is an expert on plants.

Identify the important part -The important part is remembering what the names of the tree's are so if your family wants to know you can tell them.

Plan how you will use this in the future -I think that in the future if I wanted to get a job at DOC I could remember this experience and show them.
