For my response Zak, Tess and I decided to write a response to the book Demon Dentist, For our creative response we made a Demon Dentist movie. First we wrote a response on paper, then proofreaded it then we got to get to making the film. I enjoyed getting the choice to do a response to what ever we wanted to make a response to. One of the good things was that we were aloud to bring coustumes and work in a group. I hope you enjoy my response and movie.

Demon  Dentist  book  review

Demon Dentist by David Walliams is a book about a young brave boy called Alfie who has never been to the dentist and has disgusting rotten teeth. He lives in a small town with his dad. One day when Alfie goes to school the new dentist comes to visit. Alfie and his friend Gabz notice something suspicious about the new dentist Miss Root. Alfie and Gabz find out someone is taking teeth from underneath childrens pillows at night. The children are expecting a pleasant present from the tooth fairy but find ghastly things instead.

Demon Dentist is a great intriguing book that will make you want to keep reading until the end.

Demon Dentist is a great book with lots of missions and adventures. One of the missions I really like is when Alfie, Raj and Gabz are in Alfie’s room. Alfie puts his tooth underneath his pillow and he finds a moving eyeball. They also have another mission when they find out who is leaving the present’s, read the book to find out more about the missions.

What I like about Demon Dentist is how crazy, funny and controlled.  One of the crazy and funny parts in Demon Dentist is when Winne drives her moped inside the school and up the stairs chasing Alfie because he doesn’t want to go to the dentist (Miss Root). Another crazy part is when Miss Root and her cat jump out of a pot of acid and come out as skeletons.

Demon Dentist is a really intriguing book. One of the intriguing parts in Demon Dentist is about the mysterious person taking the teeth, that children leave and get horrible ghastly presents, it is intriguing because you want to find out who it is.  Another intriguing thing is the title it will make you want to read it because most people are afraid of dentists and this book and reading it will be totally worth it.

Overall I think Demon Dentist is a great book and will leave you on the edge of your seat.

I think Demon Dentist is suitable for all ages and people who like fun adventuros books. If you like Demon Dentist you should probably read his other books here's a link to the website with more of David Walliams amazing books LINK.

 Storm Cloud Photo Revwiew

The Storm Cloud photograph is by an unknown artist, that took a photograph of a sunset or sunrise, that looks like it is at a beach because of the lighthouse and bushes. It has a mix of hot and cold colours that contrast really well with the rain shining through the clouds and light. The beautiful clouds are covering most of the sky and there is a little shadow of a lighthouse, some bushes, grass and a fence that is still visible and not fully black.

The Storm Cloud photograph is a lovely picture that gives you a relaxing feeling.

The colours in the photograph contrast really well. The picture has as mix of hot and cold colours that mix together nicely. The mix of colours is at the top is a stormy thunderous violet, gray, purple mix, then at the bottom it is more of a soothing peachy, pinky, magenta colour.
Some bits of image is confusing. Personally at first I thought the thing shining through the clouds were light, but the light is actually the sun and rain colliding.
Another one of the confusing things is the black line down the bottom of the photo, when you look closer it is grass and some fences.

I can connect with this image with the mix of colours. When the sunsets or sunrises it has a mix of colours that look really cool. When I looked at the sky I saw a peachy pinky colour and the clouds were above the mix of sky and it looked pretty and relaxing.

Overall I think the Storm Cloud Photograph is a relaxing, soothing photograph that captures a magnificent moment in time.

Most people who like scenery and relaxing soothing photo’s will enjoy the photograph of the stormy clouds and sun colliding.
